We Ran. You Showed Up. Thank You.

Sunday morning had a little chill in the air. But the sun was out. And so were you.

Over 100 people showed up to the Dublin Community Rec Center on April 19th for the Run for Rainbows 5K — and I am still not over it.

What Sunday Meant

This race falls during National Infertility Awareness Week every year intentionally. Because infertility is something that 1 in 6 people experience — and most of them do it quietly, in waiting rooms and ultrasound suites, without anyone knowing.

Sunday was the opposite of that. Sunday was loud. Sunday was visible. Sunday was a hundred people saying: this community matters, these families matter, and we're showing up.

I felt that. Every single step of it.

Thank You to Our Sponsors

This event doesn't happen without the people who believe in what we're building. A huge thank you to our sponsors:

Pinnacle Fertility and Ohio Reproductive Medicine — two organizations that understand firsthand what Ohio families are going through, and who put their support behind this community in a real, meaningful way. We are deeply grateful.

Your Support Is Already Working

Last year's Run for Rainbows directly funded our first $3,000 fertility grant to an Ohio family. That family is on their journey because people showed up, ran, walked, and donated. That's not abstract. That's real.

This year's support will help fund our Spring 2026 grant cycle, which opens May 1st. If you're an Ohio resident pursuing IVF, IUI, or fertility preservation, we encourage you to apply. You can find the application at pursuitofrainbows.org/grant-application.

Save the Date: 2027

We're already looking ahead. The Run for Rainbows 5K will be back — bigger and better — on Sunday, April 18, 2027 at 10:00 AM in Dublin, Ohio.

We want next year to be everything this year was, and more. More runners. More donations. More grants. More families reached.

Mark your calendar. Tell your people. We'll see you there.

To everyone who ran, walked, volunteered, donated, or simply shared this with someone — thank you. You are why this foundation exists. And you are why it keeps growing.

See you in 2027. 🌈
